Jermaine Pennant has made S.League CEO Lim Chin look like an EPIC FAILURE!

In just a few days, Jermaine Pennant has created more excitement for the S.League than what Lim Chin has tried to do in the years as S.League CEO.

And Jermaine Pennant hasn't even signed a contract and collected a single cent yet.

So who's a waste of money? Who's a better investment?

I'm looking forward to Lim Chin's brilliant idea this year! What's he gonna do in 2016 to promote the "feeder league to ASL"?

Meanwhile, here's a flashback to the past!
