1. Lower ticket prices to attract more Singaporeans
Why not just charge $15 for adult ticket, $8 for children and Free for those with PG card. Free sitting. Fans who come early gets the incentive to chope the best seats. The objective is to consistently have sold out matches. Once demand exceeds supply then adjust price. Also, the more people there are, the higher potential of more concessions sales.
2. Make Lions fans be seen on TV
Start filling seats from South stand and extend outwards. A huge Singaporean crowd at the background will look good on TV and may attract more fans to watch the game LIVE.
In the last game, the Japanese fans filled up the South stand. On TV, I thought match was played in Japan.
3. "Hardcore" fans deserve better
Give hardcore fans the best seats in the South Stand. With them cheering at the background, it looks good on TV and hopefully will attract more fans to go watch live. Also create huge Lions banners to cover the tracks.
4. Make away fans pay.
Apply the profit maximizing ticket price structure to them. Make them sit at North stand where they cannot be captured by TV cameras.
5. Say NO to freeloaders
Please don't give away free tickets at the last minute. Be fair to paying fans.
6. Official Lions Store
It's embarrassing that we have a World Class Stadium but no proper shop space to sell Lions memorabilia. Have limited edition match scarves to enhance the match experience
Everything u said is absolutely bloody right...we as true fans should be given that respect in every way and our pleas to be heard by FAS !
