In just a few days, Jermaine Pennant has created more excitement for the S.League than what Lim Chin has tried to do in the years as S.League CEO.
And Jermaine Pennant hasn't even signed a contract and collected a single cent yet.
So who's a waste of money? Who's a better investment?
I'm looking forward to Lim Chin's brilliant idea this year! What's he gonna do in 2016 to promote the "feeder league to ASL"?

To be fair, people like Pennant will already attract more attention without doing anything concrete, regardless of what the other clubs in the league are doing or how effective the CEO is. So criticise Lim Chin all you want, it's not unwarranted, I just feel that this comparison is a little inappropriate.
